Create Unlimited Number of Additional Accounts

Create as many sub accounts as you wish. There are three account types that are available; Standard Account, Reports Only Account, and Designer Account. The user who initially creates the original company account is referred to as the Master Account user. With a Master account an individual can access all sections of the system. With a Standard Account an individual can perform all actions as a Master Account user but cannot make any changes to the company account. Reports Only Account and Designer Accounts restrict individuals to their respective tasks.

Manage Subscriber Entry Fields

Create custom subscriber fields. By default we have created the following subscriber data fields:

Salutation, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Title, Email Address, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State/Province, Country, Zip/Postal Code, Phone, Mobile, Fax, and Birth Date

We have also predefined the following company information fields for each subscriber:

Company Name, Company URL, Company Address Line 1, Company Address Line 2, Company City, Company State/Province, Company Country, Company Zip/Postal Code, Company Phone, and Company Fax.

If there are additional subscriber details you would like to collect about a subscriber then you can create your own subscriber fields. You are not limited to the number of subscriber fields.

Add Unlimited Affiliate Accounts

Affiliates are other members. Creating affiliates allows you to share your HTML newsletters or announcements with other members without exposing your account. Affiliated members CANNOT access your account and CANNOT view your subscriber details.

If you added an affiliate to your account and gave access to one of your monthly newsletters, the associated affiliate can now make changes to your newsletter (for example, change the logo to their logo) and mail it out to their subscriber list.

When an affiliate has mailed the shared newsletter to their subscriber list you are able to view basic statistics about the sent newsletter. You won't however be able to see any of your affiliate's subscriber details.

Pay for Your Affiliates Mail Out

Some affiliates might not cater to the idea of them spending money to market your products and/or services but you are more than will to pay for their mail out. Well with your affiliates you can request a mail out be paid from your account. When such a request is made, you will be notified and have complete control over reviewing the campaign being sent without exposing your affiliates' subscribers. Once you've reviewed and mailed out the campaign you and your affiliates can view reports statistics for the mail out, again without exposing your affiliates members.

Create Unlimited Number of Distribution Lists

We understand that keeping your subscriber lists are import so you are able to create unlimited number of distribution lists. Move subscribers from one list to another as your needs grow, never having to worry about duplicate entries.

Import / Export

With our import and export tools you can easily transport your information from and into your account. If you need to generate an export list for specific subscribers, such as subscribers who opted out or subscribers living in a specific region then just conduct a subscriber search and export the result set.

Schedule Your Compaigns Up-To 3 Months In Advance

Yes, schedule your campaign to be sent three months in advance. This feature is important when you know that your newsletter designer is going away on a trip for a few months. Just have the designer pre-create and schedule the campaigns to be sent for a later date.

Create HTML Rich and Plain Messages

Create content rich professional emails without restrictions to templates or layouts. We don't restrict you in any way in regards to design, so go ahead create a marketing campaign design that meets your needs and fulfils your corporate image. When you add new campaigns to our system we validate the content of the HTML to make sure that all properties are properly set.

We Auto Archive Your Mail Outs

Each time you send a mail out, we archive the mail out onto our server along with all the images. Allowing your customers have a quick method to access your past sent campaigns.

Create Custom Campaign Wizards

If you find that a wizard would speed up your email campaign creation then we can create a customer campaign wizard for you that will allow you to enter text into specific areas without having to make any graphical changes. A custom campaign wizard will save you hours of time and further simplify your campaign creation.
